Individual Therapy - Therapy for adults, and teenagers aged 14+.
Is therapy for me? Therapy is personal, and a private journey for each person.
You might feel like there is a particular issue or situation you would like to work through that is hurting you, or perhaps you have a general feeling that you could feel happier but not sure where to begin. We each have our own reasons for coming to therapy, and they are all valid.
Although my background is working with adults who have experienced domestic violence, assault and sexual abuse, my door is open to any type of concern. My therapy room is calm, cosy and warm, and we work at your pace.
It's important to not only choose the right therapist for you, but also to recognise if therapy is right for you right now. You should feel comfortable with your therapist to be both vulnerable and challenged; change is difficult, as is healing emotional wounds, but by committing to choosing yourself and your personal development, you can be supported to transforming your reality.
I offer a free phone consultation (lasting around 20/30 minutes) to discuss what is bringing you to therapy, and to explore how we may work together. There is absolutely no expectation to book any sessions from here, and I will suggest taking a few days to think about how it felt to talk together.
I offer a tier-based payment system based on each client’s personal income, so as to be accessible and fair:
For clients earning an annual salary of £35k or more.
Individual sessions are £70 for 55 minutes, but booked as a block and paid up front will be entitled to a discount (x 4 is £245 or x 6 is £350).
For clients earning an annual salary of less than £35k in full-time employment, not a student or in receipt of any benefits.
Individual sessions are £55 for 55 minutes, but booked as a block and paid up front will be entitled to a discount (x 4 is £192 or x 6 is £275).
For clients on a low income, part-time employment, students and those in receipt of benefits.
Individual sessions are £40 for 55 minutes.
